COURTNEY Act came thirteenth place on Australian Idol back in 2003 and the international drag queen has barely aged a day.

Head judge Ian Dickson said: "If the drag scene was in a state of 911, I reckon you're the chick to save it. I think you're going to rule the drag scene, the question here is can you rule the pop scene. Have you got the balls to do that?"
Courtney hit back: "I think that one of my strength's is my businesswoman approach to things and I guess I subscribe to that Kylie and Madonna school where it's not just about singing fantastically but it's about my package."
"It was a lot of hard work because I got kicked off as a boy so I had to do the whole thing as Courtney.
"It was like living as a woman for that period of my life. I would wake up in the morning two hours before all the other girls and beat my face, thankfully I was 21 so I could just do chapstick and mascara.
"It was just all day long in drag in fluorescent lighting. It looks like a spoof of Idol, it looks like someone is filming it on their iPhone in the corner of their local church."
Following her short-lived stint on Australian Idol, Courtney enjoyed TV presenting success promoting make-up on breakfast television before releasing several singles.
